Rent the Runway is a subscription based fashion service that gives people access to rent designer styles for work, weekends and events.

Rent the Runway has 2 fullfillment warehouses: New Jersey and Texas. All employees on the floor use an Android mobile device to scan inventory. The project entailed transferring the platform from one system to another, identifying and redesigning key functionality along the way.
I led the audit in documenting a garment's entire journey through both warehouses, tying screens from the mobile warehouse devices with the real world actions. Separating out key functionality, the new framework design enforced more usability consistency and build efficiency.
