Research
Starry is aiming to be a cost-effective, fast, and reliable home internet provider.
Starry installers use multiple apps on their iPad to complete an install successfully. This project aimed to simplify the app install process to streamline the physical install process.
After observing onsite installs, I analyzed learnings and feedback to pinpoint potential quick solutions for high impact moments. I designed a new framework with more detailed guidance at each step to address confusion points identified during research.
